- 750g shin beef, diced
- 1/3 jar Patak’s Korma Curry Paste
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cups sweet potato, diced
- 400ml can of coconut cream
Place everything in the camp oven.
Place the camp oven on the Heat Beads® briquettes and cook for about one and a half hours.
After one hour partly remove the lid from the camp oven to allow gravy to reduce to a nice consistency.
